The Hierarchy better sort this out now.

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

The Hierarchy better sort this out now.

Postby carl_feedthegoat » Wed Mar 20, 2013 12:19 am

YAYA TOURE has stunned Manchester City by demanding: Give me a new contract by Saturday — or I am off.
The Ivorian midfielder is fuming that talks over a new deal have stalled for SIX months.
And Toure’s agent, Dimitri Seluk, last night admitted: “If he signs a contract in the next three or four days, OK. If not, we will not wait any longer and will start negotiations with different clubs.
“Today is Tuesday, so it means by Saturday. We will say ‘Thank you. OK, Yaya will leave in May.’
“I do not feel he will stay at City. This is not about money. He wants to leave because of many reasons.
“He is one of the best players at Manchester City but does not feel the respect of the staff. Only Roberto Mancini respects Yaya.”
The former Barcelona ace, 29, is City’s top earner on £220,000 a week.
But Seluk insists he has not asked for a pay rise and the dispute centres around the club’s delaying tactics.
And Toure, away on international duty for a World Cup qualifier against Gambia in Abidjan on Saturday, is ready to use FIFA rules in his cause.
They state if a player has not signed a new deal by the end of the third year of his contract he can buy out the rest and leave.
Seluk added: “It’s all strange. It’s not normal to have negotiations for six months about a contract.
“They have been talking about small details all this time.”
City’s technical director Txiki Begiristain allowed Toure to leave Barcelona for City when he was the Catalan giants’ sporting director.
And Seluk claimed even owner Sheikh Mansour’s personal intervention may not be enough.
He added: “Maybe if the owner speaks to Yaya, maybe he doesn’t know the details.”
The bombshell news will hit Mancini and spark a frenzy among Europe’s biggest clubs including Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Has it occurred to anyone to actually use google?

This agent is the same joker who in November 2009 said Yaya would never come to City quote ""One thing I can say though is that if he does leave Barca he will not go to Manchester City because he will sign for a bigger club.”

Then just before he signed for us this clown said "Everything has changed with City, because they talk a lot but then afterwards they don't appear to be a rich club but rather a bankrupt one." June 2010...

And also announced in May 2012 that Yaya would leave because he needs a new challenge.

and this was seemingly repeated in October... saying he could go to Chelsea.

Hope that helps...

That's bang out of fucking order. What's wrong with you FFS? I mean, I'm guilty of occasional name calling myself but saying shit like that to someone else is just being out of order. Topic locked.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
