Gracias por tus palabras en español, John, and thanks to all the rest for your nice welcome. I'm looking forward to Premier League next season. It'll certainly be more interesting than the Spanish Liga, with the Barsa-Madrid duopoly winning matches left and right and our TVs endlessly talking about Cristiano, Messi and now Neymar. Here's hoping MC will win something important (maybe CL?). I think you've got a fantastic squad.

Alrite Fellas

Just joined the site but been reading post via my mobile for about 2 months. Been supporting City since about 1996, although I only started going games in 2000. Just got me and my son a season ticket for this season, wanted to get one last season but I didn't as I was in Afghanistan so there was no point. Couldn't believe it when we got took over in 2008 as I was just expecting another mediocre season at best. Really looking forward to this season and I really do think that we will get the title back.

Hi everyone,

Been following the site for the past year, started supporting city when my dad first started taking me to Maine road in the mid 90s. Not the best time to be a city fan but that didn't matter to me, will be a blue forever now! Think we're well set up for a fantastic season, hopefully a few more trophies, but I loved city before the trophies and ill love them whatever!

Looking forward to getting involved in some debates! Think you run a great site which keeps me entertained!
