When we win a derby every player gets 10.

Kompany yaya and aguero get 12

I agree with all this.
I don't think any of the lads let us down today. They all worked incredibly hard and it paid off.

Kompany would win my man of the match though. He was strong and owned that penalty area.

Agreed no doubt there, he was there to take care of every cross, show Rooney whose the boss, organizing backline. Making couple of fantastic runs on counter attack. Most important thing was we never lost confident because Vinnie never let those rag bitches close.

First half it was all attack, 2nd half Vinnie showed whose the boss and kept it going for us.

Vinni - 10
Nasri - 9 (Cause Komps is 10)
Aguero - 9
Yaya - 9
Negredo - 9

Kolo was good, the whole team was fabulous. I want to see Negredo start every alternate match or more, he deserves it. We should start applauding striker's who assist selflessly to build that atmosphere.

Other than the one mishap late in the first half even Kolarov played well defensively. He put so much pressure on Valencia when he went forward that Valencia was useless.

There were two first half mishaps - once when he let Valencia straight past him and another when he showed him inside leading to a poor shot.

As poor as ever defensively but it didn't cost us and played well offensively, so 8/10 for me

Fernandinho played the dfm role extremely well. Someone mentioned the other day that if Yaya played the advanced role and put his foot down he'd be one of the best players in the world. We definetly saw glimpses of that today and he completely terrorised them. They were also scared shitless by Aguerro picking the ball up deep. Negredo and Nasri were also superb along with a magnificent display by Vincent. Every single player played with heart and desire and it was fantastic. Buzzing after that.

I think Nasti was a very lucky boy, I would have had no problem with Webb giving him a second yellow for the foul on Rooney that gave away the freekick for the Rooney goal. I did have an issue with the first yellow though, it was a 50/50 aerial challenge.

Second was never a yellow, just a standard slightly late challenge. MOTD didn't replay the first incident, so clearly it wasn't a yellow or they'd have turned it into a red.

I wouldn't have argued with a yellow, it was a poor challenge. If it was rooney on Kompany the whole place would have been screaming blue murder.

I saw vinnie have a word with Webb after the yellow as it was a stupid decision. If you watch tunnel cam you will also see vinnie have a word with webb before they come out for the second half too. I would bet it was about nastis yellow. If so, it was great captaincy.

Really?

Nasti had no intention of going for the ball, he went to slam the cunt in the head, never had his eyes on the ball from the start of that challenge. If the ref had a replay he would have walked for it.

MotM for me was Vinnie with very honourable mentions for Nasri, Kun, The Beast, Yaya and Kola.

But what impressed me most was EVERY player was up for it and played their full part in the rout.

Are you talking about the challenge he got booked for?! You think he went to slam the cunt in the head... with his own head?!

I applauded him for that one, even if it were worthy of a booking (it wasn't), I thought it set the tone quite nicely. Same with Kolarov harassing Valencia on the touchline repeatedly, Zabaleta going through Fellaini & obviously our captain slapping Rooney around all game. Top stuff.
