Nastasic sat out the midweek UEFA Champions League win over Viktoria Plzen after being withdrawn at half-time in last Sunday's 6-0 Premier League thrashing of Tottenham.

Pellegrini is reluctant to rush back the Serbia international, while Vincent Kompany will not be risked against Swansea on Sunday, despite his recent recovery from a thigh problem.

"Vincent Kompany is fit and he is not ready to play on Sunday but I think next week he will be without any problems," said the Chilean.

"Jovetic and Silva - I think they will play against Bayern Munich.

"Nastasic needs more time to recover - I think three weeks more.

"Rodwell is fit and can play this Sunday."
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Yes, it's deffo on jazzera so there will be rivers

Is that a freebie? Just had a look on the site and it is asking for registration if you haven't purchased live sport from them before. Desperately want to watch the match, but will have to be on lap top. If there are any kind persons out there who could put it in real laymans language that this computer numpty could understand, much appreciated

I mean it is being shown on jazeera in the Middle East, which means there will be rivers available from all the usual sites. No idea where you would find them, as I'm fortunate to live in the Middle East and can watch the games on tv

As usual, full strength side please. A game we should/must win. On paper a 4/5 goal mauling is the order of the day. IF we play our best eleven.
As we've seen a couple of times this season our back up is not as good as we think it is. A couple of changes we can accomodate. Not 4 or 5. Horrible feeling Dzeko might start and after Wednesday would be an error imo. He was lacklustre at best, most likely disinterested. The partnership of Aguero and Negredo should continue in my eyes as they will flourish more and more the longer they play together. If that means Dzeko makes do with the bench so be it. He either pulls his finger out or fucks off.

Pants
Zabba Lescott Demi Clichy
Nasri Yaya Fernand Navas
Aguero Negredo

Subs can be permed any 7 from squad. Usual suspects.

Can't see dzonkey starting after his pathetic efforts on Wednesday. Surely pelligrini will start with serg and negredo, if we are a couple up at half time then take off negredo and bring on dzonkey just to fill a bit of space.

Id like to see Guidetti get some game time ahead of Dzeko. Dzonkey now looks like he can't be arsed at all. Even sulked after he scored on Wednesday.

I'd certainly like to see what he could do, and we'd learn more from putting him on than keeping Dzeko a little less sulky.

Agree about Dzeko - he should go in Jan.
given the resources Swansea have I expect them very much to try a "contain and counterattack" approach to this game - parking the bus for long periods - but attempting to play intelligent football when they have the chance. This could be a game where we may need long range shooting to break the floodgate and get the first couple - it's something we don't do often enough - but I predict Yaya or Fernandinho from 20/25m for the first one . If we can't walk the ball into the next we've got to get used to the idea of having a belt from outside the box.

3-0 isn't a drubbing per se but will take it all day long. Still 10 mins to get 1 or 2 more
