The media,reporters,ex pros,current pros all seem to believe that Moyes has been a successful top quality manager and will be successful at the swamp.Do they really believe that or is it because they are all frightened to point out that Moyes hasn't ever been a success at all.Maybe a decent manager but never anything that says he has what it takes to manage a premiership winning side.

It certainly looks like the wheels are off at the moment with comments/stories coming out from and about the club that wouldn't have surfaced with SAF there.This business about RVP can't be true can it?

Top 4 is still not out of the question but some things need to change for them to get even that but beyond this season I do wonder what the reaction will be from the Glaziers.They must spend big on some special players but it's not going to be easy as maybe not every player wants to go there as once they might have.

Ferguson would deffo do it imo, no problem. He is an egotistical shitbag & he would have nothing to lose now, as Utd are so far off Arsenal, if they don't catch up, he's still a hero for winning a few games . He also knows that Arsenal will shit themselves if he comes back.

There are two factors against imo. Biggest one is that he appointed Moyes, so it would have to be more of a mercy killing; if it gets so bad there is no return & the plebs revolt (two more defeats ?).

Second one; Rooney. Will the Glazers risk him downing tools ? He is holding the club together from being relegation candidates.

I thought Moyes had Everton, at times last season, playing more like Utd, than Utd did v Newcastle.

I never had any time for him in the past, considering him to be a negative, fouly, parasite football, kind of bloke. But I thought he was tactically very good last year & showed aptitude & (shock) even a bit of flair for a top job. He may not have the personality though.

Also he had been in charge of Everton for a long long time & had his methods & influence firmly established & still won fuck all.

Utd actually played like Everton yesterday though, & have started a typical Everton season, so he's having an influence.
