Five wins out of six in the group, having failed to qualify in the two previous seasons. Beating Bayern away from home. A win on Saturday making it 8 out of 8 and within three points of the top. League Cup QF coming up.

It's hard to be anything other than satisfied, in my opinion.

You and your shenanigans
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Anyone who hates Mancini isn't a blue. Two major trophies in two years, first ever Prem title, first trophy in 35 years. He'll never be forgotten.

HOWEVER, whether we like it or not he's gone now and he's not coming back. That's why I think we should all be getting behind Pellegrini.

Allegedly some of the key members of the squad that are highly regarded on this forum. Heard it from an American that plays over there. So it could be bullshit.

I wanted Mancini gone because i saw that he had lost the dressing room and it was clear his methods drove his bosses mad.

I never hated him,in fact i massively respect him for what he did for us but him and the club didnt match anymore and im glad the bosses did what was required.

As it goes sometimes the count drives me bloody mental but he is new to the club and is working it out but im pleased so far as his team has played some of the most incredible football .
He was never me,me,me but always you, you, you

I have instantly switched from Satisfied to Highly Dissatisfied ... FFS, he didn't know we needed just 1 goal and not fucking 2 to top the group? WTF was sending Rodwell in and not Aguero for last ten - twelve minutes? We could easily have had another Aguerooooooo moment here tonight ...

I am fuming!!!!!!!

I've just gone up to satisfied, fighting back from 2-0 down to win the match away from home against the defending CL champions and picking up 15 points from a maximum 18 which will hopefully have a good effect on our co-efficient.

Last night was ace. If we win against Arsenal I'm definitely upgrading to satisfied.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

We needed 5 in midfield against this lot. That was proven at the home game. Pellers made the right decision. Your a cock! We just beat the European Champions on their own turf.

AG7 seems like a decent fella, albeit a bit excitable.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt because I know you like to mathematically try to find how city will reach the top.

Unfortunately, it will never work that way.

We will have to beat the best teams to win this competition. We have just beaten THE best. On their own patch.

We have sent a wave right through europe for the first time in the modern era.

That is worth far more in the long term to the club than gambling on a "go for it" philosophy.

Be proud.
