I would if I were Pellegrini.
no chance Chelsea lets him go to a Prem title rival.
that raises the spectre of Mata at the swamp.
cue the media circle jerk.
mind you..can they afford him?

Was mentioned on TalkShite yesterday (i know, I know, they were just speculating) that they wouldn't put it past Maureen sending him on Loan to the scum, as they're pretty much adrift of the title it would strenthen them against us, the Arse and Liverpool but they wouldnt be able to play him against Chelsea ...

That would improve their midfield!
. The only good thing about Mata going to United is that under Moyes' system he would get himself massively confused over whether to play Mata, Rooney or Kagawa in his number ten slot. Tactical flexibility doesn't seem to be Moyes' strong suit.Bridge'srightfoot wrote:<null>
RodneyRodney wrote:We have got to get people in this Jan . An attacker , a defender and a mid. There are too many gaps in the squad because of the permanent stretcher cases we are carrying. That's what's weakening us and why we got a replay today. What about Malouda ? (. . . or is it Kalou ?) Berbatov maybe (OK, I'm on the sauce tonight). But some f*er who can score , another f*er who can DEFEND and someone who can run around a bit and pass to someone in f* BLUE. Yes , short-term stop-gaps ; not people who will expect to start every week but people who can fill the gaps until summer - , then we can ditch Rodwell Richards and Jovetic Guidetti too if he can't hack it. That's what January is for . . .
