Utd think they survived a crisis when they were relegated, because they had huge attendances etc, but what they actually had, was a jolly in the lower league for one season, where they bullied smaller clubs & their fans.

They had been on the slide for a few years, like now, & City had become a coniderably better team than them, like now. They couldn't take it.

What did they do to counteract this & make it more fun ?

They invented large scale football hooliganism, demonstrated by the pitch invasion after Denis Law's backheel, so instead of the various yuppies & tourists from here there & everywhere who flock to the swamp now, they attracted all the brain dead, vicious bullying thugs from around the country, who promptly went around trashing lower league grounds, beating up kids etc, & the swamp became a Mecca for bullies, cowards & utter fucking scum from basically everywhere.

The most telling sight from that Sunderland game, was not the faces of Bobby Charlton or Moyes but the faces of average Sunderland fans, watching a game of football, who found a flare landing on their heads thrown by the utter cunts in the away area above. They are just warming up. Anyone will be fair game; women kids pensioners.

Some blues have of course had a taster in the FA Cup semi. Get used to it. This is how they wil behave from now on if the current trend on the pitch continues. If history is anything to go by, it will get much much worse.

They are scum.

I remember they made it a matter of pride to smash up every street where the away ground was.

Maybe Martin Tyler was there in his Bay City Roller Tartan?

That would be a good look for Moysie's Army.

How did that side win the league last season?! HOW! How did we lose out to a side with Phil Jones, Smalling, Cleverly and and Danny Welbeck in?!!!

The thing is, their performances last season wern't even that much better! They consistently played crap last season and got away with it.

Because all the top teams were shit.

I don't think it was even down to refs last season. Refs got them close to us the season before, when we were really about 20 points better, but last season, City, Chelsea, Arse, Liverpool were fucking shameful.

Agreed. Arsenal and Liverpool weren't up to it last season; at the start of the season I expected City and Chelsea and rags to fight it out but both the blue clubs lost the plot.

I would disagree there. Not saying they didn't get the rub of the green but it wasn't enough for them to win the league with 5 or 6 games to spare.
We have to look at ourselves and how we let them run away with it by throwing away stupid points.

This is the same United squad people were claiming was the best in the league last season.

"People" were claiming it as the best last season. People meaning Slurgie and his sycophantic media buddies.

Van P*rsie and till some extent Shrek and their keeper were the only good players last season.

Plus the old players are even older, more injury prone and over the hill this year with no experienced new blood to offset it.

He even fooled some on here. If I could be bothered which I can't I would drag up posts on here of posters saying that they had a better squad than us!

Shrek wasn't even that good for them last season. It was more RVP.

Possibly because Ferguson got Shrek completely shagged out by playing him even when half fit as hs one man team the previous season.

Last season's one man team is now struggling to start a game this season after seeming to be invulnerable to injury for the first time in his life last season.

Everything was put into trying to stop us, then that old cunt winning his retirement title last term & now they are paying for it.

Half agree with you there, I think the refs were briefed and ready to follow orders, as I think happened when they were away to Chelsea, but TBH, after that there was no need as the rest of the potential challengers were so shite. I still believe that had it been remotely competitive last season the rags would have been given a hand to ensure the old drunk went out on a high.
What I do find funny is that I'm certain it was meant to happen 12 months before, and they had their fireworks pissed on.

Having had some ridiculous dialogue with the people you are referring to at the end of last season, I don't think that they were exactly taken in, they were just being deliberately thick and insisting that they must have been better as they won by 7 points. The conversation was about who had the best squad, some seemed to read it as who got most points.
