Rags v BlackCats - Final Contenders

Postby Beefymcfc » Wed Jan 22, 2014 6:43 pm

Is it worth it's own thread ......... I think it is.

Rags losing 2-1 and even though Sunderland are shit, they'll still have confidence that they can get something at the Swamp knowing that others have been there and done it.

Who we hoping for, the Rags or BlackCats?

Hoping AJ smashes them. A semi defeat for rags would be just what doctor ordered. Do not want them at Wembley.

I actually meant spoiling, but soiling is more accurate :-)

I've gone for the Mackems. Coming form the angle that the rags might have RVP and Shrek back in their line up by the time the final comes round, and as much as it would be great to beat them in a final....It would also be horrible to lose to them in a final.

But wouldn't we want to paste the Rags in a final?

No Shrek. Fancy the mackems. No rag goal by half time and the swamp will be restless and all over Gollums back. Happy times.

If Mackems win I'll be happy as a rag defeat is always savoured

If rags win at least we will have great chance of destroying them. In a final. At Wembley. With the world watching.

Yeah, most people would, but there is also a chance that we might get beat...a small chance granted, but a chance non-the-less.

Hope it's Sunderland.

United losing to Sunderland, who are near the bottom of the table, is worse than them losing to second place, free-scoring City, even if we are their rival. Plus, as Wigan proved last year, anything can happen and if that happens by some chance I'd rather lose to Sunderland than United.

Rags all fucking day. Tempts fate, but if we can't get up for showing them who's boss then we're retarded.

Guaranteed the shat we spewed vs Wigan wouldn't have happened vs the Rags.

Lets. Fucking. Hav'em.

cheers

Fuck that.

They don't deserve to win a single game, yet alone be able to say that moysey lead them to a cup final in his 1st season. Another loss at home. Another humiliating defeat at the hands of a team battling relegation. We already get the chance to beat them one more time this season, so let others to the dirty work in the meantime. They're hurt and lying on the ground, so don't be selfish, let some others get a kick in as well.

Plus, I have a soft spot for sunderland's fans after they celebrated in front of the rags and made the fuckers cry when we won the league.

My heart hopes for a 10-0 sunderland win, but my head anticipates a 1-1 draw with the rags being knocked out.

We've made our point in recent games against them that they really are no match for us, Sunderland however are much tougher to beat.

Sunderland please.

Turn it around a little. Wonder how many rags would sooner go out tonight so they dont potentially suffer a humiliation in final. I know of two

Wont bother watching a second of this. Sadly Utd will win through.

However we dont need to concern ourselves with them for 5 weeks and have many other items on our agenda.

Every rag I know is crapping themselves about getting humiliated in the final and they all want to lose tonight. Actually there is just one that keeps going "we're gonna do a Wigan on you". It's awesome that teams are genuinely shitting themselves about playing City.
