Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

If City win, he's already told us all several times that would happen as we are "far more advanced and ready" to win the title. His squad, apparently, aren't ready yet. So if Chelsea pull of a win, it goes from being 'Chelsea beat City' to 'Chelsea secure one of the most groundbreaking, unthinkable results in football history'.

It's a clever trick and our Mancio used it a couple of times of course.

HOWEVER, what I'd like to know is how Maureen can justify saying Chelsea aren't ready. Look through their squad - experienced pro's with years and yearsof success (Terry/Cech/Cole/Lampard/Eto'o), some of the most exciting young players in the world (Hazard/Oscar) all complemented by an incredible deep squad of internationals. All of this managed by a man who's won more trophies than I've had hot dinners. So, in suggesting that Chelsea aren't ready, is he playing clever mind games, or is he genuinely fucking terrified that we have his number?

He is scared that we are going to fuck them up & he is scared they are going to finish 3rd or even 4th, which Rafa Benitez would have managed with that squad. If he keeps telling everyone Chelsea aren't good enough then they finish 3rd or 4th, he has an excuse , plus it's 'not fair' because City exist. If he wins it, he can hail himself as being another Ferguson; winning it with an average team above 'moneybags' City, bringing through their own youngsters like Hazard & Oscar.

He is a self promoting arsewipe.

Spot on.

Ignore the cunt but give his team loads of shit & shout at the ref for every decision. Make it a thoroughly miserable place to come & see if we can get John Terry sent off (he's bound to do something that merits it, he even struggled to contain Jo five years ago).

England is on what continent?

I think we know what he meant, but if he is going to be pedantic, two can play at that game.

I don't like that Pellegrini seems to finally have gotten caught up in Mourinho's mind games. He needs to remain unflappable.

And he has got caught up in them how exactly?

There were reasons we lost. Mourinho mouthing off wasn't one of them. We've had plenty of people mouthing off before and we shut all the cunts up because we were better on the day.
Against chelsea we were missing crucial elements and they weren't.

Leave the mind games bullshit up to the media.

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has dismissed Jose Mourinho's claims that Chelsea are still not big players in the title race.

Chelsea beat Pellegrini's team 1-0 at the Etihad Stadium on Monday night to draw level with second-placed City on points, two behind leaders Arsenal.

However, Mourinho insisted after the match that City and Arsenal remained favourites for the title, describing his side as a "little horse that needs milk and needs to learn how to jump".

However, for the first time Pellegrini has opted to return fire, implying that Chelsea's significant outlay in the transfer market renders Mourinho's remarks debateable.

"Maybe it is a small horse if the manager thinks like that," said Pellegrini. "It can be a little horse, but very rich.

"This is the team that has spent most money in the last 10 years, it is the team that spent most money this year, and the team that spent the most money in the transfer window. So, little, but rich."
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

We had 3 attempts ON goal.

And scored neither.

We need to beat Chelsea in the cup otherwise Pellers might start doing a Henry Winkler in the Waterboy.

I like the fact that Pellegrini has put it out there, that Mourinho is a fucking liar. A lot of people have continued to run with his ffp comments since the game, as if they were accurate.

Now he's having a go at Negredo regarding a nothing incident. What Mourinho is doing is not clever mind games, it's purely nasty chidish shit stirring, to deliberately create bad feeling.

But the thing about this is that the bloke is a fucking coward. He kissed Ferguson's arse for years to keep in the good books of both him & Utd, because he knew their mates in the press would gang up on him if he tried it there, so he sucked up to the rags & their friends, to get them in his corner when he starts spreading shit about others.

He is an odious cunt. There is no need for any of this; we already have a title race & there is no need for any of the disrespect being engineered by the likes of him & Wenger.

It won't change the results, all it will do is make whoever loses more pissed off, cause arguments & tension between fans where there was not much of a problem before, & some cunt somewhere will end up in hospital as a direct result of the so called 'mind games' of Mourinho & Wenger.

This is a long term thing he is working on, to cause bad feeling between the clubs because it suits him to work in that environment.

Have we been found out in England too? No goals in 2 games with only a handful of shots on target. Or have we just been a bit unlucky and sometimes the chips fall the way they fall? I reckon unlucky
