To get consistency (stability perhaps a better word?) you need the right appointment first. To build a dynasty you need the right appointment first. If Pearce had still been in charge when the takeover had happened how long would youhave given him to prove whether he could step up or not?
What should we expect from Mancini? No one seems to have answered the OP yet. You seem to know the most abouit him, so what will he do?
His philosophy is simple; build a team - defenders are there to defend, midfielders are there to open up the opposition, forwards are there to score goals, or, when they are not scoring goals, to help the team score goals.
Do you know Mancini personally Soc? Or at least read his autobiography? You seem to be a Roberto Mancini expert?
