Milner needs to step up his game. Today we will need some end product from him as well as the usual good work off the ball

They've got closer to scoring about half a dozen times than we have. The optimist would say were are bound to prevail.

We have to take some of these chances. We're causing them problems when we attack.

Have to be clinical.

Look Aguero !
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

That first half was very predictable. It's just Arsenal last night all over again.

Did anyone saw any City fans in the close-up from the coverage? They didn't show not even one.

Kolarov can't even make a straight forward pass. He is poor tonight. Nasri, Silva and Aguero need to step up. We are lucky to still have a clean sheet tonight.

Silva and Nasri had good chances, Milner and Aguero haven't been able to get into the game. Dzeko and Negredo would provide height but have been rubbish lately. Alba would be able to match Navas for pace.

Perhaps Garcia for Milner and push Toure forward? Wonder what Ruben's brief is.

Kolarov ? Start with Silva. In their penalty area three times and goes backwards ?

One goal. The game will then change in our favour, give us belief and conviction. The defence, by hook or by crook, has done its job. Now is the time for Silva, Nasri and Toure to step up and deliver. Stand up and be counted blue boys
