You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

Or Nasri playing off the shoulder.

you're right, was overlooking the right side for some reason. I automatically think Navas is there even when he's not in the team.

Negredo for Dzeko screws up my fantasy team. Might be a good game for him to find his form again, though.

Milner, silva and Nasri=no width. Also surprised that Garcia isn't playing.

I assume Dzeko was one of the two players that got a minor injury on Wed. that Doug referred to in his training report?
Edit correction Doug has said he wasn't one of those players!

No he wasn't but Lescott was and Jovetic finished training half way through the session. That's part of the reason I don't mention who they are because it's not clear what's a real problem and what isn't sometimes.

Hoping Neggers re-finds his touch today - maybe the recent 'season's best signing' award will do him good.

Other than that, predicting 3-0 with Millner, Nasri and Yaya on the sheet...

Come on City!

PS. Gonna be over for the S'hampton game - can't wait!

It was raining at lunchtime while they were presenting Football Focus from the Etihad.
