Last night's game could have seen the filth on 8 players just on vicious challenges on Zabs.

The elbow from Felliani
Gut kick from Welbeck
Legbreaker from Rafael

I think the moment that really encapsulates Zabs was a game he was playing left back and he got kicked in the head by an opposition player. He didn't fall to the ground, didn't complain to the ref, but he was angry as fuck because his head got split open(yet again) and he had to leave the field of play to get patched up.

He will go down in the club's history as one of the greatest right backs we've ever had, if not the greatest.

How is it in the red rag cafe this morning? Bet its pretty grim in there!

Zaba best right back in the prem at the moment by a mile. Puts himself on the line everytime and hard as nails no frills right back who can bomb forward and get back to position when needed. Linked up well with Jesus last night and positional support is excellent! !!

If he was a weasly little turd, like that slimey little cunt at Utd, would Wellbeck & Fellaini both have been sent off ?

Best RB I can remember in our colours (Blue since '77).
Reminds me of Bobby Mac Donald for hardness , courage , grit , professionalism , and the odd goal/assist - but with probably a bit more pace and a better cross. Gerry Gow + Asa Hartford + Colin Bell in a No. 2 shirt (OK yes I know he wears 5).

Had a conversation with a deluded Rag this morning. we were talking about which United players would get into City's squad.....I said Rooney. So I then asked him the question of which City players he would take.....

He said he would only take Kompany, as the rest of our team are mercenaries.

So I asked if he would take Zab, he replied by saying "Why would I do that, when we have Rafael, one of the best RB's in the world"

There wasn't a hint of sarcasm in his voice either, he honestly believed the tripe falling from his gob
"If we fire our manager after just one bad season - We'll become Chelsea"
"If we think we can fix the problem by buying expensive players - We'll become City"
"If we remember the good times to entertain us during the bad times - We'll become Liverpool"

So, keep calm and do it the United way

"We invest in young players, That is what we are good at — we’re not like other clubs who can spend fortunes on proven goods. We know that Manchester City are going to pay stupid money, pay silly salaries and all that. We can’t do anything about it. We concentrate on what we can do to try to bring players in for the right reasons. We invest in those who will be with the club for a long time, who will create the character of the club, who will create excitement for our fans. We are very proud of that and we are going to continue that way" - Alex Ferguson 14th May 2012

From seeing the Wellbeck one did he not just slip and fall into him. I need to watch it again but on first viewing it didn't look malicious. The Fellaini one is a stone waller but not sure im having the Wellbeck one.

I think he fell into him rather than launched into him, so it was probably a yellow. At full speed, it looked a red, so a good decision from the ref or a bottling it which seems more likely since he decided Fellaini was only a yellow as well.

Glad though, as they can't pretend they'd have beaten us if they'd had 11.

You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

Just watched it again and the lads slips. I would be asking questions if I got booked for slipping and then colliding into someone. Not sure what the ref sees with the Fellini one though as he is stood in front of it 10 yards away.
