Pep is a top manager and there's no denying his success. When he left Barca I would have loved to have seen him roll into City. But his teams play one way - brilliant to watch fir a while and it works - the opposition simply end up chasing shadows, but Martinez has shown an ability to change the way his teams play, and they adapt quickly.
