How many times have seen Yaya's actions completely contradict Dimitri's words?

First up, according to the crackpot Yaya wouldn't sign for us because we are not a rich club. A couple of weeks later Yaya signs for us.

Last season, if Yaya doesn't get a contract by such a date he will leave in the summer. Yaya doesn't get the contract by that date yet signs one a couple of weeks later.

I get the argument that he is guilty by association with this fucking nutjob but until I hear Yaya himself say he wants out or he doesn't feel respected I will hang fire.

Couple of other things.

This is in no way embarrassing for City, the club have admirably kept their counsel amidst all this bollox and the only ones being embarrassed here are Yaya and the crackpot.

And to mention Yaya and Tevez in the same breath in terms of fucking the club over is complete and utter bollox. Yaya hasn't handed in numerous transfer requests, he hasn't fucked off on holiday with some slag when given time off by the club to spend with his family back home, he hasn't refused to follow instruction from the manager in front of millions of viewers, he hasn't fucked off on a golfing sabbatical and he hasn't claimed to the media that he's been mistreated by the club.

Ballo has this to say, bless him

http://www.footballdirectnews.com/premi ... debate.php

AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli has given his thoughts on Yaya Toure's unhappiness at Manchester City.

Ivorian midfielder Yaya Toure confirmed the words of his agent via social media platform Twitter on Monday, saying that circumstances at Manchester City had made him unhappy and that he would issue a statement following the World Cup in Brazil this summer.

Toure is said to have become unhappy following City's Premier League title victory, which coincided with his 31st birthday, which his agent, Dimitri Seluk claims no-one from the English club wished the midfielder.

A move to former club Barcelona has since developed, with several media outlets claiming that Toure wishes to retire at the Catalan club.

But, whilst his future will now be heavily discussed, former City striker Mario Balotelli has given his thoughts on the matter in an exclusive interview with [football] direct news.

"Manchester City are now the biggest team in England - Yaya should not consider leaving," the Italian striker said.

"He is worshiped by the Manchester City fans. The fans at City are fantastic and support all their players - but they have extra love for Yaya - they never stop singing his name.

"He needs to ask himself if he will get that level of love and respect anywhere else. He is on a great contract at a great club - he should think carefully before he leaves.

"I didn't actually remember it was his birthday - but if I see him in Brazil I will make sure I give him my congratulations."

Toure played an important part in City's Premier League title bid, scoring an impressive 20 goals in 35 appearances, whilst he also managed nine assists.

And now for the most ludicrous story of all.

I would normally say it's bollox, but seeing it's in Cheshire Today it must be true.

Liverpool FC eye Man City’s Yaya Toure

Liverpool are closely monitoring the situation of Yaya Toure at Manchester City.

Manager Brendan Rodgers is a huge fan of the player and believes that the attraction of joining his brother Kolo at Anfield could prove compelling if relations between Yaya and Man City breakdown further.

Clubs around the world have been on alert following the bizarre fall-out between Toure’s agent and Man City, in which it seems the club’s failure to celebrate the player’s birthday in an acceptable fashion has brought into question his future at the club.

Liverpool remain sceptical that this is anything more than an agent manoeuvring for better terms for his client, but want to be in pole position should it turn out to be more substantial.

Toure’s £200,000 a week wages could be a problem, but the Liverpool board has always made clear that they would be prepared to smash the club’s pay structure to sign “a transformative player” . Toure is one of only a handful in the world would meet that criteria.

Liverpool will have a number of scouts in Brazil for the World Cup, when Toure has said he will outline his future plans.

This is absolutely embarrassing as fuck and i hate it. Makes our entire club look silly, and makes Yaya look even sillier. And if he fucking reads this and wants to fuck off, then he should, because he's an idiot. But i would bet he feels as embarrassed by this as anyone. So, if that's true, why isn't he handling this better? I've never seen a player lose their only mind in such a tragic hero to zero maneuver so quickly in any sport in my life. If he was 20 years old i might be able to understand this, but he's a grown ass man. Impossible to ever see him in the same light after this...i'm sorry. He'd need to come out with an interview this week and just set the record straight. He sees all these stories, or even if he's locked up in an Ivorian training camp with no internets access, his friends and family will and someone would get him a message to say..."wtf...this isn't real and is totally out of control." Unless that happens i have lost all respect for him over this. Completely. Forever. I'm sorry but you just don't shit on us like this. It's nowhere near anything like a valid fucking gripe. It's like a bad comedy skit. He's being tapped up, and his agent is playing a game, and he's letting him without any control over his public image. A huge mistake on his part. cheers

Not the first time he has.

However, ‘Super Mario’ still has a few fond memories of his time in England. Speaking exclusively in the March 2014 issue of FourFourTwo, he says:

“I miss the fans. I’ll tell you what I don’t miss, though. I don’t miss the food, or the weather, or the stupid way you’re always expected to drive over there… But yeah, the City fans, I miss them. Even though the Milan fans are just as good.

“I have to say, most of my memories of Manchester are really happy ones. I enjoyed myself there. It wasn’t that much of a culture shock for me to go to England. There’s not a great deal of difference between the two clubs.”

According to this.
http://www.footballdirectnews.com/premi ... ielder.php
Chelsea have been sniffing.

direct news understands that Chelsea have made an enquiry to Manchester City for Yaya Toure.

Manchester City may have ended the Premier League season on a high after winning the Premier League title but Yaya Toure's unhappiness claims have led to drama at the Etihad stadium.

The Ivorian midfielder is said to be unhappy after his 31st birthday was forgotten by the club, who were instead celebrating the league title and that has prompted reports that he could leave this summer.

Set to represent his country at the World Cup this summer, Toure has been subject to links back to former club Barcelona, whilst Chelsea have also been credited with interest.

And, [football] direct news understands that Chelsea have infact made an enquiry to City as to his availibility.

The enquiry was sent back with a firm no, with the club determined to sort the ongoing issue after the World Cup and keep their 20 league goal hero.

According to..me.

Manchester City have made an enquiry to Chelsea for Eden Hazard. Manchester City ended the Premier League season on a high after winning the Premier League title but meanwhile Hazard's unhappiness claims have led to drama at the Stamford bridge.

The Belgian winger is said to be unhappy after Chelsea failed to win any trophies, while City were instead celebrating the league title and that has prompted reports that he could leave this summer.

Set to represent his country at the World Cup this summer, Hazard has previously been subject to links to some of the biggest clubs in Europe, whilst City have also been credited with interest.

And, I understand that City have infact made an enquiry to Chelsea as to his availibility.

The enquiry was sent back with a firm no, with the club determined to sort the ongoing issue after the World Cup and keep their 20 league goal hero.

Correct me I'm wrong but as I understand it.
-agent says Yaya wants to leave because his birthday was snubbed
-Yaya backs up agent saying it's true and agent is his voice on the matter
-makes a joke about it, tells ppl not to take him seriously, but will make a statement after the WC
-City post a video of him not being snubbed, but having cake
-Yaya's tweets are deleted, no further word from him or his agent.
