I don't really like the guy any more to be honest.
Because Yaya likes money & power, & is leaving his agent to try & fix more of it for him. If City decided to sell him, he would just go.
He has never pretended to be a City fan, always stated that Barca is his club but that he came here to do, basically the job he has done.
He probably thinks he was one of the best players in the world last season & should have a pay rise. Technically, he's probably correct in comparison with other top players; Rooney for a start. If you compare it to the way Messi operates (spreads rumours about leaving, involves City, gets pay rise) it's no different . It's something all the top clubs have to put up with. We saw it with Ronaldo recently.
Yaya thinks he's on that level & wants rewarding one way or another, he's saying nowt, because his agent has told him he is dealing with it. City will probably give him some kind of improvement, & he'll be all smiles until next year. Then if he's had a good season, he'll do it again, & meanwhile Messi's agent will be talking to City, Ronaldo will feel undervalued etc etc.
Eees football.
