he was always a desperation move after we didn't get Hazard.

Last call at the bar and we had to take someone home....and he popped up.

cheers

I think it was another 'homegrown' player we were after. I think I knew who it probably was at the time, but can't remember now. It was one of these unlikely ones. But Sinclair was basically just sat there waiting to sign, & Swansea sat waiting for us to do the deal, but we were trying to get someone else to fill AJs 'homegrown' place.

Bloke was obviously despereate to play for City & in the end Mancini kind of went 'oh go on then', & we signed him. Feel a bit sorry for him from that respect. He wasn't a bad player & we really shot his confidence, or I should say, Mancini did.

I don't. He signed a big fat contract, which he's still leeching off. If riding the bench for the Premier League Champions fucks up your confidence to a degree where you can't even get a start for WBA a year on, you're hopelessly out of your depth anyway. Can't fault Mancini, really.

I notice MEN are saying that we're in advanced negotiations to sell Negredo to Inter. Bit surprised but may indicate that we're going to do more than freshen up the defence.

Rumour is that Boyata has signed a two-year deal.

I can & will, & other club officials too.

We all knew that Sinclair could have played a lot more minutes in 'dead' games than he did. Yet Bob just left him stewing on the bench, in spite of him turning up every day & giving his all in training. He probably didn't have enough to be a regular for City, but that was no reason not to give him even the slightest hope of a chance.

We trated him appallingly, & when people are whinging on about how Yaya should be sucking up to the club rather than keeping his options open, have a look at situations like Sinclair, & the way that Barry & Lescott have been discarded with barely a 'goodbye'; if you are a bloke working in the same job, I don't see one reason why that kind of thing would make you feel as if you were anything other than an employee & therefore act purely in your own interests.

I would.

That's quite a spin they put on it! Hopefully we get to see the promise he has come to fruition at some point in the next two seasons.
