Anyone saw that Zabs has a different position for Argie?

I watched him and rarely he made some sprints that he usually does on the right side for us, he was not allowed to push up like he does for us and saw a thew times in the center of the squad, when Argentina attacks, he is somehow a defensive midfielder.

Strange.

LE: Now he is on the left side and Rojo on the right.

Zabba is worn out & when he does try to make a run, Messi ignores him every time.

Messi was shite til that moment & Di Maria is stinking the place out. Iran did really well but 3 or 4 times, Argentina had DeMaria etc on the ball with Aguero & Messi available running at 4 defenders. That, in a club game, is death. Here, not even a sniff of a scoring chance.

Argie midfield, incuding Messi, has been fucking awful. Surely that can't continue; they must click eventually ?

In fairness Sergio wasn't great either. Maybe he's exhausted too although his injuries reduced his game time. Yaya's played the most of all even more than Zaba. God I hope Greece beat the Ivory Coast.

They won't of course.

Today i had the feeling Argentina played like a team of indviduals. Trying to score for personal adulation, rather than for the team.

Rafael Hernandez tweets that Fabregas behaved so badly at the last Spanish training session that Del Bosque sent him off . Apparently had to restrained by others because he couldn't take the managers complaints about his attitude. What have Chelsea bought?

I don't think Ezequiel Garay at centre-back is too bad.....wonder if it would be worth City making an offer for him ??

Another quality game - take away England's performance and this World Cup has been awesome.

I thought the England games were as good as many of those we've seen, it's just that we have more of an interest and the disappointment kicks in.

Bosnia v Nigeria - Terrible decision by the lino there, that was an Edin goal for sure.

Rafael hernandez is a football journalist extremely well plugged in to Barca. An incident like that is hardly like to stay private so I think it's a very credible story.

Commiserations to our Bosnian friends. It was a tough group but they certainly didn't disgrace themselves. From a City point of view Edin heads home early which is good for us. Now if only the Ivory Coast could get knocked out......

At least we, as in City, used to go out for a game when we were not that good (shit).
