Algeria really taking it to Germany but aren't doing it infront of goal (unless offside). Kraut-munchers making the keeper work and I can see this going the way of the Dutch game.

A lot of decisions have gone against Algeria in this game and I've noticed that everytime an Algeria player looks to have a chance against Nauer, even though they have a chance they give up and shit-out well before they should do.

I initially bought into this "England did the best with what we've got" stuff. Watching the organisation and commitment of some of these lesser teams, Mexico, Algeria, even Iran, I'm beginning to wonder at the management/coaching that makes premier league regulars look so fuckin incompetent.

Getting England to even play, would be a miracle in itself, let alone as a team.

It certainly brought a smile to my face, mate. Bless old Gelson. I liked him.

Palacios "hairs" are a real offense to bald men everywhere.

This guy should be taken out back and given a good ass beating. And a haircut.

Cheers

related, i hate, i mean...*hate* the look of the Swiss keeper. I hate his hair, and his face. It's everything i hate about "that look." Oddly, Federer also has that same "cunthole" face look that i hate. Maybe this is a Swiss thing i never knew i had as a minor league prejudice.

cheers

The highlight of this game so far has been the dump I took during the second half.
