It was a foul no doubt but Chamakh had kicked the ball into Hart's(?)arms meaning there was no goalscoring opportunity.
I know, I know, I should let it go but I'm sorry I can't.

I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I'm not sure every footballer would be as psychologically frail as Dedryck appears to be. Anyway no more Mr Nice Guy. This season is it for him at City anyway. It's now or never.

He went there as a player not in the best of form, & got shuffled around positions in a struggling team, with people on his case etc & ended up shitter than at City. Then, in completely shit order, went abroad & struggled badly there. All the time, he has been in a pressure situation, expected to produce quality but he's never had chance to just learn his job in the first place. Hopefully the Count can work a bit of magic on him.

I remember Boyata owning Drogba and dumping him on his arse, thats the fella i want back
blues2win wrote:Personally I don't think he'll ever make it at right back. I saw him there a couple of times last season and he never looked like getting behind a defence. You might say that the first job of a full back is to defend but nowadays full backs have to be able to overlap effectively; it's not an optional extra.
So centre back it is then and we'll see. Every City fan will wish him well but football's a very hard business. Most promising young lads never make it at all never mind to the top and City is right at the summit. Denayer looks a much better bet for the moment.

Thing is when do we see him getting a proper run of games to take that last chance?
