Feeling really calm about today, helped by a skin-full of Warsteiner & Asbach last night and carrying on the motion in about 10 minutes time. I don't know what to expect today and won't be giving it the big licks as the way we've been playing of late can't be underestimated. However, this should be the game where the club stands up to be counted and I expect nothing more than 100% effort.

Come On The Blues!!!

Wise words Beefy! If we play with pace and 100% in every tackle we'll be fine. Anything less the twats will score at least 2. Come on City!

I need to read your post every 5 minutes to get all the fears and negative feelings out of my system as my pessimism is on a crazy high at the mo.Even though I know we are better than them and just need to get it right to win.

Nothing like a derby to get the juices flowing, buzzing for the match to get underway.

Feeling confident the lads will find another gear for this one and get the job done.

My Sunday league game was just cancelled after 60 minutes because of fighting, so I'm already on the beer. Feeling strangely calm.

With all the other threads this past week or so regarding team commitment etc I think today is the day, it will show EXACTLY how much hunger this team has under Pellers, if the team don't turn up today I'm very worried.

My prediction is 3-2 City, we are bound to leak a couple, but I think Aguero will grab two and Zabs one!

COME ON CITY!

Are foolongs anything like futons? They were all the rage a decade or two ago.

I had nothing to do with it today. Went off injured after 30 minutes. And I'm drinking with the ref now.
