Why does Gary Neville keep saying "it's what Champions are made of" with respect to Hazard's equalizer and Chelsea's comeback?

Last time I checked, Chelsea hadn't won the league since 2010.

The same was said about the Dippers last year. They've already made their minds up and need to back it up with further claims.

Silly really, especially as they drew. If they'd have won then you could say 'Champions Elect', but not that.

Should Chelsea have had a penalty? Boreinho is saying that it was a definate pen and that there's an agenda against their club, seeing them as divers.

He also says that they outplayed the Saints and should've beat them out of sight. Funny though that both teams were fairly even for shots and only had 1 one each on target. Where does that make you 'Out of sight'?
