I'm just back from my own football match - one of those that makes you question yourself why the fuck you're still playing... +1, wet snow, windy, and an opposing team with no one older than 23.

That's much the average age in my team. We got a wake up call in regards to our age in December when one of the guys suffered a hear attack.

We're still playing the right regular league systems, so most of the teams we're playing are all in their twenties.
