Need a top class midfielder, at least one new fullback and some pace further forward.

We have bought a team, paid large amounts of money for players who were ready for the challenge but a lot were mercenaries. This is the problem we have now got a squad of players that when it's tough go missing. Same under Mancini and now under Pellers.
First things first we need a top Manager and I do mean TOP. Someone who has done it in Europe, will be entrusted with the Squad and Club approach for the next ten years. This needs to be built from the ground up.
Obvious names are Ancellotti, Guardiola or Klopp. They've all built at big clubs Milan, Barca and Dortmund respectively. You could throw Simeone into this also but his fiery nature may not be that of choice for the owners.
Squad is another job, we have to make big decisions on players due to FFP. I'd take the fine and blow the budget but that's me. I think we have big decisions on Yaya, Kompany, Silva, Fernandinho, Dzeko and Aguero. Yaya and Silva are probably at the right time to move on to get the most money, anytime after this we will get buttons. The money could be invested to get the right players in.
The new coach would have to be in place to spend this money and get rid of players, we have a good squad now but it is unbalanced and doesn't fit Pellegrini's style. This is no good.
Suggestions out
Sagna
Kolorov
Boyata
Fernando
Fernandinho
Yaya
Silva (and I love him - but Barca may part with £40m for him)
Milner
Lampard
Dzeko
Jovetic
Youth Players in
Denayer
Angelino
Lopes
Zucellini
Our biggest issue without doubt is midfield, we need energy, pace and creativity. We have currently 1 of those elements.
Big job for the Club, I don't want Mansour to lose interest but this is a big project and I think the last two seasons transfers have harmed the club more than helped them and I'd put Bony in that bracket already.

Totally agree, I am not one for Revolution usually, but the age of our squad means we need to make quite a few changes in the next couple of years.

To be fair he does model t-shirts well and does look pretty hard.
Shame he can fucking pass or defend though.
