just for the record for the millionth-teenth time...soccer is your word, fucktard. in terms of the history of the game, America, like Ireland and Wales, were one of the colonies who rejected association football in favor of their own games (gaellic and irish games in ireland, rugby in wales, and our americanised (see what i did there?) version of football in the States) as a show of fuck you to the mother countries.

Also: Boyata is playing reasonably well for a debut...announcers slamming him and City are fucking dire. i'm getting high blood pressure from yelling at the screen.

Weiss not showing me much.

Barry and Tevez in for Richards and NDJ

Just thought I would pop in here after the first half to see what's beeing said and surprise surprise it's all about slagging off an easy target and moaning about the team's performance.

With the team selected and an eye on next week what the hell did we expect a fast flowing 6 nil victory! It's clearly not a team set up to take the attack to Boro but control them and make sure they don't get too close to Shay. Of course we try to score but again with Mancini it's a very controlled approach a bit like a european away game. Not too often has anyone but the front 3 got too far forward and the plan is to suck them in and strike on the break.

And what do you know that's what's happened and the completely useless ,lets get the tosser off Benjani scores an excellent goal. Same in the 2nd half would be ideal , especially the goal bit as we don't want a dodgy hanging on last 10 or 15 minutes.

I am surprised that he has made 2 changes and I hope that's not cos of injuries. I will be happy with a poor overall performance but a win. Won't you?

Yep! Still think it was a risky starting line up but it seems to have paid off so far

Well impressed by Boyata. I don't know what that muppet is talking about, the kid is playing his first game, of course he's being pressured and hassled by Boro. He's won everything in the air and I think he had two misplaced passes? Fuck me,

Benjani is not a target man, he can't hold a ball or win a header for his life. Great finish though for the goal. Beautiful pass from Petrov.

City playing "Keep Ball" and making them chase the game again. Controlling the game and wearing them out - just what we did against Wolves. Good to see. Patient build up and confidence on the ball.

Lovely.
