And didn't he want to leave anyway?

One thing is for sure. If Pellers had sent us out likePep and then lost 3-0 then lots of people would have been baying for his blood. Naive in the extreme.

Exactly. We gave Barca a much better game than PSG or Bayern tonight and got slated by the media for losing. Yet after these games everyone will be saying how good Barca are. People tend to lose all objectivity when commenting on us

PG's tactics were shit from the off and they were obviously told that if they went behind that they's have to score, forcing the Bayern players to push-up when they should've held the game.
Taggart had the same problem in the 6-1. Mwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I don't think they were playing for a draw. They just aren't that good without Robben & Ribery.

Missing Robben and Ribery was massive in that game. After the early nonsense Bayern were well in the game and with those 2 would have come closer to scoring and I reckon probably would have scored. Like taking Silva and Aguero out of City.
We will see (even if they are still missing) how good Bayern still are next week.
