If the rags signed Bale in the summer and we had the opportunity to sign Di Maria would you take him? Just been pondering the Arsenal v Sunderland game tonight and can't for the life of me decide what the 'perfect' result would be between these two teams.

I don't know if I would want Sunderland to somehow scrape a win, for fear that it might just help the Scum to finish third in the League. At the same time, I don't want Arsenal to acquire ambitions of being adequate by finishing third themselves.

Perhaps a draw might be the best outcome but I suppose it's all academic really, as Whinger's mob will probably run up a cricket score.

The trouble is, I just begrudge either Arsenil or the Scum finishing third, as I despise both of these teams in different ways. Moreover, I want them both to have to go through the qualification stages of the Champions League as an added torture and potential humiliation.

At times, when there's a horrible choice like that to make, life seems most unfair.
