Supporter Number Issues

After lengthy seating re location issues just wondering if any other season ticket holders / Citizens etc etc have had supporter number issues with the ticket office ? Why can't we just have one single supporter number ?? would save a whole lot of grief , phone calls and time !

You mean they have changed your number because you relocated ?

No mate . Seems if you have purchased other types of membership or had other transactions you get another supporter number through said purchase / transaction thus creating supporter number issues . Bit of a nightmare tbh and long winded in this day age , just wondering if others have had same issue .

When my lad changed from blue membership to season card his number stayed the same and loyalty points transferred

I dont know why anyone would have their number changed? I have moved seats several times, had blue, gold and platinum memberships and always had the same number since 2003?

That is what is supposed to happen , saves loads of grief . Seems some have been given different supporter numbers whilst doing this by mistake . Maybe it's the volume of ticket sales / re location ?

In my instance I was given another supporter number (don't know why) and this only showed up after several lengthy phone calls . Still not had a plausable answer as to why but all is now sorted ....... eventually :-)
