How about an estimation of how many ex rags played in that game, & how much they made in transfer fees from said players, & whether it might have been mentioned had it been us.

Well run club, my fucking arse.

You're right it wasn't a foul by Pogba on Alves, by contrast it was certainly a foul by Alves on Pogba in the penalty area at 1-1, he was wrong side and had his arm across him and hand on his shoulder, the fucker end up on top of him.

Alves is a nasty little fucker, the hand ball late on and then goes down when the whistle blows for a free kick to Juve.

A few other observations

1) I've rarely known 90 mins to go so quickly
2) Did Neymar get booked for taking his shirt off after scoring?
3) When exactly did the final whistle blow?
4) Despite marvelling at some of their play I couldn't help but feel that in the likes of Bosquets, Rat Boy, Alves and Neymar in particular play act unnecessarily to an extent that I dislike them intensely
5) Tevez was a little disappointing tonight (despite his assist)
6) Pogba looked every bit as good as I thought he was - youngest payer on the pitch (until the late Juve sub) but showed real maturity as well as ability, determination and strength

Wasn't Sergios goal at Stoke that was ruled out not dissimilar? Off his foot and on to his hand, he didn't mean to do it

True. But if it clearly hits the hand then goes in it should count. Any situation where you're on the receiving end of that would be furiating. Prefer to be clear form the start that it's not allowed.

Yes that's what I'm saying, Aguero's was ruled out under similar circumstances and therefore in the same vain Neymars was also rightly ruled out.

Because we have no history of buying titles prior to a few years ago & don't always play 5 in midfield, which makes us stupid, wheras Real Madrid, Juve, Barca, Bayern always play, err..

So Barca have just announced a new signing although they are banned from making any signings.

What sort of bull shit is this.

I hate them. Really do. Diving, cheating, lying, financially improper, stealing, bullying cunts.

Only if they were Italian could they be more annoying right now.

Loved watching them with Pep when it felt fresh but it's been a quick downhill ride filled with a load of turds and lies and broken rules and sabre rattling amounting to nothing.

They are a Continental cash cow so no one will make them stop cheating. I'm sure they're all still blood doping too. Allegedly.

Cheers

So now Phil Mcnulty comes out with this.

Is this the greatest Barcelona team ever?

They were a team on the wane, nothing like the Barca of a few years ago when they knocked us out!

I remember Micah getting red-carded and a penalty being awarded against us, away at Chelsea in our Sergio title winning season, when he slid in to block a shot and the ball bounced up from his foot to strike his hand.

It wasn't intentional and he couldn't do anything to stop the ball hitting his hand, but the referee obviously thought otherwise.

Are you sure you're not mixing up your games?

Micah conceded a penalty against Liverpool in the league cup semi that year. Shot was hit, he slid to block, ball hit his thigh and then his hand and Dowd gave the pen.

I think Lescott conceded a penalty against Chelsea that year but iirc he did have his arms raised when he went to block a shot not that the penalty would've been given at the other end if say Terry had done the same thing.
