Just clips from a city tv interview. We'll no doubt get the usual annual one on the OS

He says Sheik Mansour is now bored and is selling the club for 50p. The Glasers are thought to be interested but are struggling to raise the cash.

Love his interviews. Not going to compromise on the first team were his closing words in part 1. I can't wait for part 2.

Although I would like to have seen some signs that more EDS players are closer to the first team he does make me feel they have it all under control and know exactly what they are doing. Fancy choosing the right back position to demonstrate we have identifiable talent at all different age groups to make it to the first team.

It was good to hear of the disappointment felt but he puts it forward in such a positive confident manner looking to the future that he makes me feel the same.

We are in good hands.

The other thread lower down started by me should be deleted. No point in two but I don't know how to do it.

And identifying Serge, Hart & Silva by name as the positives of the season makes me happy that is the 'core' he said we're continuing to build around.

That's called the Pablo Maffeo effect. He does that to people ;)

Also, isn't Colin Rosler for the u15s a right-back? Ha.

Fucking Herb is shitting himself as Khaldoooooooon calls out Joe as a special player "for me."

Herb was all like "No way man, Khaldon't do it!" But then like, he did it.

i thought it was ace how he called out Milner. Classy, classy motherfucker.

cheers

It's no accident he chose rightback coming around the same time as the news that Micah has been released. It's an 'everything is under control' message.

I wouldn't imagine anything that man says is accidental. He mentioned U18 and U14 after the RB reference. He also Mentioned Angelino by name which covers the LB birth. Kelechi and Pozo too. Wonder if there is significance there for next season.
Would have thought Lopez Nacho and Denayer were the ones in immediate contention. Next part of interview should be interesting.

Khaldon had no choice as he is the only English player left.

Harts only achievement is that he didn't drop as many clangers as last season.

I am not sure I like that last line, I guess it could be taken two ways. However we've seen already that the policy seems to be in place that the established 1st team players are always going to play if they've available over the youngsters, no matter the value of the game.

I'd rather have us take a dip today while we blood these youngsters in the hope that it improves us for the next decade. If we're not willing to take that risk, then what the fuck is the point of the academy?

No mention of captain fcuk up then ? (I have not heard the interview)
