What an announcement about Carl Feed the Goat's imminent visit to Blighty?

Oh you mean City Football Group? Hopefully we're adding the Scum to the portfolio so we can asset strip it, humiliate them and raise the swamp to literally that?

I bet or a new sister club in China and another Lampard-esque loan deal for Pirlo.

Anything less than proper new signings or announcement of new exciting plans for stadium expansion or similar and the OP can do one

Folks are getting quite antsy, huh?

Too much assuming going on amongst our fans if you ask me, because we could very well be disappointed, finding out we do not land some, or any of our targets.

Sterling seems most probable and De Bryune next. Pogba would be a major, major coup, and I know we have it in us to do all we can, but nothing has happened yet.

Fingers crossed is really all we can ask.

Not landing pogba is not quite very disappointed territory for most of us.

Makes sense, but seems some of us are keeping hopes so high that it could lead to a larger backlash against the "Spafia" that has been building over the last two close seasons and may not be indicative of their actual abilities. Thing is Soriano has made so many "worldwide enterprise" moves referred to here on the reg with NYCFC, our other subsidiaries and whatever deals in developing nations to increase City profits (aka to thwart FFP), etc. that he seems far less touchable than Txiki who will likely be the main target of such distain, and to be sacked if we falter this season.

Soriano has shown tremendous acumen in his trade, but Txiki is more handcuffed than his compatriot. Do we really notice this or acknowledge it? I'm not suggesting Txiki is so great, but he has a more difficult job by far, if you ask me, particularly post-FFP. He didn't take the job knowing it would be such a thorn in our side. If Txiki lands these major targets he should get perhaps even larger credit than Soriano because we can't just spend as we wish and are constantly faced with new barriers to prevent our improvement against other top clubs.

We shall see, but Txiki is not as bad as some of our fans seem to make him seem if you ask me.

Stones has played in the Premier league and for England.

Denayer has played for Belgium and in Scotland.

That is my guess they rank the leagues.
