If he thought that he was good enough to win a starting berth then he'd have jogged to Manchester overnight . . the fact is that he doesn't believe that he can compete at the top so he's staying where he's comfortable in a bottom half team and it's the best outcome for all concerned as we need all our players to have self belief, have the courage for every challenge and be motivated for success.
