I know I've been negative over this transfer since the beginning but I really do not see him being worth even half that.

I really would love to be proved wrong though so over to you kev, show me up to be a mong, I beg thee.

He is really good, particularly at set pieces which will help us break down teams a lot more easily.

Have you seen enough of him over the last 18 months to make a qualified judgment?

He will definitely show you up

50m is outrageous but at the same time its not equal to 50m five years ago. These are the prices these days.
Supposedly Everton are about to spend 15m on some Russian/Ukranian. Everton wouldve never spent that much a number of years ago.

Players has agreed personal terms but ...

Bild's latest is that Wolfsburg believe €70m (£50.8m) is not enough for De Bruyne and want around €80m (£58m) to close the deal and that's the gap between City and them, about £7m

90 mill Euros if I read it right , ffs that is to high
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

Personally I don't give a shit how much he costs. He'll improve our team, create and score goals and the last thing I want is another f@@king Hazard situation where we miss out!!

We might be doing the most idiotic move ever. Just fuck them off, i am prepared to bet he will have a shit season if he will stay there.

With this money we can get Isco, who is better at every level. Sometimes we are just idiots.

I'm glad I'm nt the only one thinking that. Do we honestly think madrid would knock back 50m for Isco? Id be well up for that.

Moaninhio's second part of his presser released today and he's calling KdB a "cry baby" who didn't "train that well either" that's why they sold him ... and that if he's not in starting XI every week, he will cry and sulk in training as well ...

Sour grapes?

a lot less chance of any newcomer having a shit season when a) they have immense quality and b) are surrounded by Silva, Sterling, Yaya, Fernandinho, Aguero, Bony, and everyone else. We're pratically puting it on a plate for him when he finally comes

KDB in the starting lineup today for Wolfsburg. This has cooled rather quickly. With the way they have been raising the price tag I wouldn't be surprised if city pulled out of talks. I would like to see the front office make a cheeky surprise bid elsewhere.

Our club comes first and the attitude so far from him and the club was that they are taking a piss.

We are a smart club and there are plenty of players out there who can come instead of him. What does he really think? Wolfsburg will win the league or do wonders in Europe? He has the chance of coming back and prove everyone that Chelsea made the biggest mistake ever, instead he is letting the club take a piss. He looks like a no spine lad. We have Nasri like that.

70 mil for him is just bollox. Please, let's not be idiots and think rational.

Isco, Moutinho or even Ribery are cheaper.

But are they for sell though?

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."
