you prollee saw the silly Bild rumour today that KDB "prefers" Bayern Munich. Yawn.

i hope it gets done and dusted tomorrow as someone predicted yesterday.

Barkley was good yesterday. Still love his game. I'd have him in a second but i can't quite image us bringing both in? I think Nasri was just talking shit. Or maybe more likely we'll tuck in another of these goofy "too old" young transfers like Zucchini or the Turkish kid who's name is an anagram of Urinal, or nearly is. Whatevs.

Related to new signings, I don't see how Otamendi (or Zabba when he gets healthy for that matter) gets a game until this defensive crew spits the bit tho. They look fantastic together.

could see him meaning Otamendi and KDB, being that Nico had a work permit issue so wasn't involved in the 18 on Sunday

So West Brom rejects Berahino's transfer request.

Amusing, because isn't that usually what folks clamour for players to do when it becomes known they want to leave?

I get their stance though, and in the end it's just a way to get more money and hopefully deter others from thinking it's going to be easy.

Spurs will clearly have to pass 20m in their offer.

i think, given the market, and the fact that he's English...25M isn't outrageous. The kid's a talent, but who else is in for him?

if he leaves i think the Baggies pocket the cash, go down, retool and yoyo. Again. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Manchester City are close to securing the signing of Villarreal youngster Aleix Garcia, Goal has learned.

The 18-year-old winger will arrive in England on Tuesday to complete a deal which could land his current club up to £2 million depending on his progress at the Etihad Stadium.

Garcia made his senior debut as a 17-year-old on the final weekend of last season, coming on for the final 12 minutes of the Yellow Submarine's 4-0 defeat at Athletic Bilbao.

As a 16-year-old, and one of the youngest members of the squad, he made three appearances for Villarreal B in the Spanish second tier during the 2013-14 campaign, and a further seven last term before he was blooded in the first team.

my 9 year old son is available on a free.

He can play either wing, either fullback, midfield, or even CB in a pinch. More useful than a signing like this i think.
