Which reports? The scan is today, I've not read any respectable outlet claim whether it was a tear or strain and how long he will be out for. He was stretchered off and in tears at Everton and ended up missing 4 weeks? And that was a knee injury!
Here's how he picked it up.
Could've been on the stretcher as a precaution and I can see why he would be frustrated with the 8th (?) hamstring injury in the last 3-4 years after just hitting form again.
Anything else is just pure speculation at this point.
