If we're winning by a couple there's a good chance we could use the last ten to give players, like Roberts - someone that we paid a fairly decent amount of money for given his age and experience, a run out. Whether it's Sunderland early on in the competition or Hull now, at some point kids will have to be integrated in to the first team.

Big difference in attitude towards the cups this term, which is great to see.

Understand where you're coming from but we've lost a bunch of these cup games that we're supposed to cruise through over the past 5 years or so.

I like the old fashioned mentality that we play our best team in every cup/knockout game. Granted, some players need a rest. But if they are tired then they would be in our best 11 in the first place. Go out every game looking to send a message that anytime you play City, you'll be facing the best we have to offer. Fuck up every group of cunts that stands before us and try to win every trophy we can.
