we have a full on fixture pile up arriving and we need to start rotating, I expect Sagna and Kola to be rested against Everton. We cant keep playing them every game, especially when we are in all comps, they will burn out and get injured.

Kola and Sagna have been much improved this season, however, they cannot be expected to be at the top of their game every match without back up from time to time.

Scrappy game, crappy pitch & we had to dig out the win. Awful to watch those types of performances, as we've been spoiled so much in recent times, but God it doesn't half lift you when you see moments of quality like Yaya & Sergio.

Sagna & Fernandinho were superb throughout, both good candidates for MOTM.

Can't see many changes for Everton on Wednesday I think they'll come against Norwich then back to more full strength against Everton next week.

Agreed. Think it will be more or less the same at goodison on weds night then wholesale changes at Norwich to rest key players for the midweek league game versus Everton .

Am I the only one who enjoyed the game? Maybe I missed the 1st half but at 0-0 going into the second I seen a fair bit of decent play. They were very lucky to be in front and maybe if that hadn't happened we may have not kicked into gear, but that's irrelevant now. We won, 2-1, with some great goals. In an exceptional manner.

Let's not forget, Watford had won 4 on the bounce and were only a minute or so away from securing a draw against Spurs, when also down to 10 men. We caught these. And Leicester for that matter, on a high, and even though we weren't at our best, we won the game. That's all that matters at this point.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

It was classic City for me Beefy , we always produce moments of sheer class every game its just a matter of when it happens . Brilliant result and don't Champions always keep going right till the end ? ;-)
