Manchester City
Manchester City are still without defenders Vincent Kompany (calf) and Eliaquim Mangala (hamstring) for the Barclays Premier League visit of Everton on Wednesday. Striker Wilfried Bony is also still out with a calf issue and midfielder Fernandinho will miss out with a muscle problem. Joe Hart is set to return in goal after being rested for the last two cup games.
Provisional squad: Hart, Caballero, Zabaleta, Sagna, Demichelis, Otamendi, Clichy, Kolarov, Toure, Fernando, Delph, De Bruyne, Silva, Sterling, Navas, Aguero, Iheanacho, Celina.

Everton
Romelu Lukaku is fit to lead the Everton line at Manchester City after recovering from an ankle problem. Defender Ramiro Funes Mori is also available despite needing 10 stitches in a head wound at the weekend while Tim Howard will return in goal after making way for Joel Robles in the cups. But midfielder Tom Cleverley (ankle) is rated 50/50 and full-back Seamus Coleman will be out for a couple more weeks with a calf injury.

Personally I’m not pleased with Fernandinho being out; I tried to find more info. about his muscle injury and I hope it’s not serious. I hope some retribution for the League Cup game is on the cards to scare them shitless for the return fixture. Aguero found some goalscoring form in the FA Cup game and Nacho looked good to go, so – a fast-paced attacking game or a tight game?
