he's saying quite a lot ... he's just been on and repeated twice (last time when westwood got the yellow) he said "I can only broadcast free ones (free broadcasts) ... paid broadcasts can't be broadcast (by him I imagine).

Sounds like he might be responding to a chat or private messages or something.
