It has been announced at the presser. Delph is out tomorrow but Mase's favourite is fit again.

I think this is sensible. The story about Mrs Pep looking at schools made it inevitable. Manuel will leave with our grateful thanks and hopefully one or two extra pots but to be brutally honest Pep is an upgrade. Would have liked a four year contract but we only get three. I hope in due course Vieira comes back from NY and shadows Pep before taking over the reins.

BBC & Sky saying The Count is officially leaving at end of the season.

Can i just say good luck to the Count wherever he goes, nothing but respect for the man especially in the manner this has been handled.

In the meantime can we get on with the season and i really hope that ALL the players play to the last for him and give him some medals to walk away with.

Oh & our lad will be gutted not to be able sing the Pellegrini song anymore........

The next phase is almost here. Eat it Sky, eat it UEFA, eat it Rags. City are a Goliath.

City are going to look stupid if Pellers goes on to win a couple of post and goes further than ever in the CL!!

Pep is an upgrade though and you have to act when something special comes available.

It's about time! Clichy has been turd as usual. We need the lone wolf back to shore up the defence.

No surprise but the timing is odd.

I don't believe for a minute either party wanted this announcement whilst both teams were in the CL.

I wonder if Pellers management team saw the good PR Terry got last night and thought. Fuck it.

If he does fancy another top management job he must be aware of movements in the market and couldn't stand idley by waiting on us announcing Pep.

He's been a gent during his entire duration of the club and been a fantastic ambassador of the club.

Some interesting reports are saying that Chelsea will go after Pellers in the summer.

I would hate to see him there.

This has made my day. Those with an agenda are going to have to take it all day long. Full respect to Pellers, totally dignified and forever a City legend. Let's hope for his sake and ours that he goes out with a bang.

A far cry from the sagas with Alan Ball and Steve Coppell, etc!
