Incredible result given we had to play the referee.

Replay showed that it wasn't a double save. Second one hit the post. Joe got down and had it covered anyway.

It is concerning that Leicester can do that to pool yet we get hammered by them. We really need to up our game on sat. Crowd will have a part to play with premier league refs performing as they are currently.

Only 36% possession at home. Can you keep getting away with that and win the league?

This game kind of made me want to kill someone
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

So correct me if i am wrong , a good stonking of Leicester at home on Saturday , will not only take us top with us able to improve the goal difference, but should also knock their confidence a tad.

Got to respect Leicester for their play so far , but , this is City , Super City.... Big win is needed before we take a couple of weeks break from the PL ( after the Spuds game).

Spurs away, we bossed the game, went one up, maybe deserved to be two up, and then the officials took over. Three offside goals that weren't even difficult to see.

Huge win, YESSSS!!
Don't care it wasn't pretty tonight. We still got the three points. And somehow managed to keep clean sheet. What's your opinion on that Hart save in first half Herb?

Invaluable three points. Credit to Sunderland for coming back after what must have been a real blow of going a goal behind in their situation. They were ugly, but that's what you have to do in their position, think Stuart Pearce's City; I think they could well escape relegation at the end of the season, the more the players buy into BFS's 'philosophy'.

I hope Pep sees a recording of the game and spends the next few months working out how to beat similar tactics with more style.
