1. Double jeopardy. If a defending player brings down another and the ref gives a spot kick, the defender will not automatically get sent off, he will receive a yellow.
2. No need to pass the ball to a player inside the circle at KO.
Anymore, and will these change anything?

Are these new rules or your proposals? The first one is not a day too soon.

It was mentioned in a game yesterday when the player was brought down on the edge of the box so I'm assuming it's a change to the current rules.

Is that not just for this tournament?

I might be wrong but did Spain kick off the game yesterday passing back?

You are correct, which is now allowed as only one person needs to take the kick off. This will be the norm with the exception of Charlie Adam who will probably try and chip the keeper each time he takes one.

Not. There are 90+ rule changes I believe and the triple jeopardy is one of them.

First one is good, one we've been crying for for ages.
2nd doesn't make any real difference but I guess it's good as the previous rule didn't make any sense either.
But as there is so many changes, surely they announced there will be retrospective bans for diving?
