Superb. He is everything in a manager than Mourinho aspires and fails to be. I could listen to Pep talk about football all day long. He is so captivating and sincere yet he comes across as simply a football fan, just like all of us.

Cannot wait for him to start his work here

And as I kept telling everyone who were jumping up and down with glee at "getting in the CL" ......well we are not in it yet , as PEP SAID, we have to qualify.

Great interview though......Noel is a natural.

Weren't you the one harking on about past glories when we were trying to discuss our (shite) league form and attributing it to Pellegrini? I'm fairly sure it was you.

@Dameerto, I've no idea what you're talking about and besides harking on about past glories doesn't equate to jumping up and down with glee.

Not sure if it's just because it's early days but seems fairly hands on / quite vocal during training.

Very interesting insight, you can see he knows what he wants them to do and how the keepers are to play it out from the back to the defenders

Hang on a minute, I'm confused here. During Peps interview with Noel, as we know he says that Pearce tried to sign him to play for City. He was 34 at the time so yes that makes sense.. BUT Pep then seems to be insistent.. 'But it wasn't here.. It was.. Not here' or something to that effect. Obviously he's not going on about Maine Road.. But I can't work out what he means. Unless he meant he trained at Carrington.. Hmm

After a day it feels like every player is going to be 33% more effective under Pep. He just has this charisma and energy that's so fucking anti-Count. Love love love it.

cheers

Loved the last video. Just what we needed. Interesting that quite a few of the more experienced players we saw first, especially, may very well be gone soon.

Clearly we are going to be playing out of the back from now on.
