One thing noticeable in the CL is the amount of times the Porto players have surrounded the ref after a decision they don't like.
It is one good innovation in the PL this year. The fact that you get booked for it now, is good.

I am at Ipswich v Brighton tonight. 0-0 at HT, and not a thriller; both teams struggling to impose a pattern of play and seeming slow and laborious compared to what we are now seeing. Brighton will be the happier, Ipswich only really troubling them in the last five minutes. It made me laugh when, after one rash challenge and yellow card, the Brighton fans sang 'You dirty Northern bastards'; I suppose almost every other club is northern to them.

Tranny scored, Cluttencunt is having a terrible start so far, robbed the german.
great counter attack from real that as well.
but fuck me did you notice how boring this round of games is?
Yes. Piss poor games and also not that much goals so far this evening.
But a cracking game. Aubaboomerang is amazing, but I find it hard to think were we can fit him at the moment with Serge and Ian scoring week in and week out.
yes hope the second half is as good!
And I need to see more of this Aubaboy before I say splash the cash for him and of course, no point speculating

Interesting that CSKA Moscow are this season deemed to be a decent outfit. When we played them it was an easy fixture.
Spuds missing the presence of Kane and as I type Son scores

I got bored with Leicester and turned over to Spurs.
In fairness to them. They try to play decent incisive football. They just lack something. Maybe it is Kane.
Son just keeps scoring.

I thought it was a cracker.
He put his shot in virtually the only place he could, where it wouldn't be blocked. Really struck with some venom.

fucking Clattenberg is awful. was he using concealer to hide his tats?
books Aubameyang when he shouldve booked and sent off Ramos. doesnt award clear Ronaldo handball.

Hiding tattoos doesn't make someone an awful Referee.
By the way, before Carl or Carl's teacher gets on your case. Don't forget you should've used apostrophes.
It is always noticeable how bad Clatterbung is when he is referreeing one's own team.

i wasnt implying that. i guess i shouldve hit ENTER between those 2 sentences in order to separate them.
and I've known Clattenberg has been awful. I've said it in multiple threads. i just still dont subscribe to the idea that he's corrupt.

.... OK, just noticed that you have to activate this under "user profile".
Also found the solution to the problem some iPhone users have had with the topic preview freezing and taking up big parts of the window: Simply inactivate the hover preview by choosing "No" for the alternative
Display topic previews: under
User Control Panel \ Board preferences \ Edit global settings \ Edit display options.

Fuck me, how many excuses do BT gave to give the Rags for getting beat in their first game? It was a tough week, they deserved a draw (even though they played shit), they were unlucky ..........
Should be an absolute walk in the park tonight yet they'll be pronounced the CL favourites!
They're back!

Wouldn't surprise me if BT came out with the line, "they never really went away". Or "the CL really misses them"

What, thus ain't the CL? So why are the Rags and Maureen being shown as if they are in it?
