secondly, i am pretty appalled by certain areas of the media that are still pushing this "it was rape" agenda as if they know more about it than the lawyers, judge and jury who spent hours, days, weeks deliberating and pouring over evidence to come to the conclusion that there is reasonable doubt that a rape took place that night, despite the salubrious circumstances surrounding it - a young man should not rot in jail because of a concern that other cases of rape may not be reported.
