We need to win 15 or 16 of our remaining 19 games to have anychance , with how our team is set up this season it isn't going to happen .

My only consolation to our dire performance this season is seeing an arrogant man fall flat on his face.

I detest arrogance.

No, I'm looking forward to us getting the ball in the net and keeping it out of ours.

A good manager would get the best out of his players' given abilities whilst he made changes to the squad, not try to force them to play a system they are not comfortable with.

But no, Mr So-so had to get rid of Hart to show City was HIS club. Well fuck that. Mr So-so is not bigger than the club, no matter what some arse-lickers might think.

We haven't employed Big Sam to just work with what we have and get results by any means possible. We have employed probably the most respected coach in world football to create a culture and style for the club. Of course some questions now need to be asked but we have the best man for the job and when it clicks we will be fine.

Questions also need to be asked of the players. Why can't they string easy passes together, it looks like some players are controlling a hot potato. Why is there no intricate movements in and out of the box. When we are camped outside the opposing box, our players just seem to be static in the box

And bigger problem is players are not getting into the box. Time and again yesterday there was nothing on. Bullshit football from City. It's desperate stuff at the moment, as unwatchable as City have been in years. I'm going to the match tomorrow, Burnley at home, with an uneasy feeling. Burnley at home! Oh it just shite right now.

My impression is that our shite keeper has exposed our shite defence and unsettled the rest of the team. As we saw after 7 minutes yesterday, lose the ball in their half and we're facing an immediate counter and probably a goal. How can a team play with the confidence to take attacking risks when it has no confidence in its defence?

Another instance of that shite defence is being progressively closed down whilst passing it around at the back and then someone hoofing it upfield in desperation to our massive forwards, directly to the opposition.

Depressing, January 1st and we are out the Title race.

Even worse is the slow dull, insipid, uninspiring football, boring to watch. It is incredible how few chances we create, considering the attacking talent we have in our side.

It's the end of the title challenge for sure but the start of keeping in the top 4 challenge, that's going to be bloody hard work imo. Scum are getting better and both the dippers and chavs are pulling away. I'm clinging on to the hope both arsenal and spurs fuck, it's all the hope I have left for this season.

2 points behind the dippers. I don't see them as pulling away. Lost of football to be played yet and Chelsea will not keep.up this run.

Scum are not getting better.......they are just getting every cheating call possible from the officials.

Chelsea won't keep this up?
I said the same about Leicester last year.

What I can see happening is Chelsea not being let get too far ahead and being reigned in by the refs, to keep the league exciting and to keep Liverpool in it.

If that keeps us in it....great.
But I think we'll be struggling with refereeing decisions ourselves to keep ourselves in the top four.

While that is absolutely true it does actually help them in confidence terms and also starts to put the doubt back in the minds of the smaller clubs, that was their strongest link back in the day as it meant they had their foot half way over the line before the even kicked a bloody ball. Our lot are getting wound up by the 100% fucked up decisions week in week out and they fall into the trap and give the bent wankers want they want in the first place, the chance book, send off or stop our way of playing all together.
