Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Two of the three red teams to miss out on CL next season for me, all three if Neverton manage to get their act together, which they do finally seem like they might be capable of possibly, all things considered and with a favourable wind at the end of the day, doing.
As for us catching Chelsea, well if we don't win tomorrow then we're still short of being champions, but winning would keep us 10 points behind. To win the PL we'd almost certainly have to beat Chelsea away, which is doable, so that is 7 points we'd need to make up over the remaining 13 games. If we go on a winning streak that is doable. It is in our hands to be there if Chelsea stumble.

Spurs 1-0 up with a Kane penalty. Was just a matter of time to be honest

The sort of game where the home side has 65/70% of possession and the away side rarely attacks. In the end the home side usually get the goal. Had one disallowed for offside in the first half as well, correctly I might add, but nonetheless they were knocking on the door if not battering it down

Think I need to clean my ears and eye balls watching this Spurs TV.
Can 'Boro do what they did against us?

Liverpool since Steven Gerrard returned:
Lose 3-2 to Swansea
Lose 1-0 to Saints
Lose 2-1 to Wolves
Draw 1-1 to Chelsea
Lose 2-0 to Hull

Looking at that forum, Chelsea are surely a bit miffed not to have smashed them.
I know I'd love our New Years Eve effort back and to play them now.

Absolutely - and I'd love to re-play our game against Chelsea as well (but not with the same referee of course).

It'll be interesting to see how Leicester perform against the Scum tomorrow.
Could be two teams both playing the long ball 'ad nauseam' and, at face value, the Swamp rats should cruise through it for a relatively easy three points.
On the other hand, Leicester might just rise to the occasion and shake off their poor League form.....but I'm not holding my breath.

Dead cert draw. Not that there's a crisis at the Swamp, they're on some record not-losing streak.

just watching the MOTD repeat very short highlights
Scouse 2 Banner before the game "A team that plays the Liverpool Way " .... with a picture of Klipperty.
Now that lends itself to suggestions doesn't it ?
What ? losing streaks ?
