Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

good for Michael Oliver blatantly ignoring the orders he was given by the FA to help United progress. i do wonder if he'll be demoted to the championship now though; that would be a shame.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Better call Saul, he'll know how long the ban should be.

Just seen that Moaninho reckons Pogba was MotM by some distance. An adsurb claim and i cant understand why he hasnt been slated for it.
Pep says he is happy with Bravo and the media sniggers.

Lineker made excuses for PEG being tetchy in his post match interview as the interviewer was pushing the point about the ref. Pep was ridiculed for the exact same thing.

No charge. Oliver reckons he saw the incident. If he did then he must be near blind - surely the fact that he saw it yet didn't send Rojo off proves his incompetence?

Freakin Nasri. Ugh. We could use him so badly this season to spell KDB and Silva in the roaming 8 role. He's always been best in the middle of the park.

Yes, he's a classy player. I'm hoping Sevilla win as they would be a decent option for us in the quarters.... if we get through.

If Sevilla manage to come back (they just need 1 goal for extra time) and we draw them he and Jovetic can play against us. I believe in CL they don't allow this. I remember it coming up with Courtois against Chelsea in the final a few seasons ago, I believe, but I think we can put a clause in the contract that the loaning club has to pay a huge fee if they do.
How would that work with Jovetic, because I believe he was sold to them by Inter. Would such a contract clause apply then? He is still technically our player until the season is over.

I don't understand? I didn't think it mattered if the ref saw. Thatcher got a yellow for his assault. The ref saw it and deemed it a yellow. He was banned later. What about Ade? Didn't the ref see that as well but he was banned afterwards?

Yep, amazing how it can be overturned but only for City players, and usually against the Sky darlings. Yet when it's clear cut, but the ref says he's seen it, nothing can be done.
Seen it, that has a certain ring to it, just ask Mark Halsey.
