Bottled that. Oh well. Time to be realistic about how good we really are.

We look so lethargic up front and pretty much how we've been all season at the back.

Sergio looked out on his feet or bored. I hope it was the former, because he seemed to have lost interest by the end.

2-2 was a fair result. First half was entertaining, second half was shit.

Both teams showed why they are not good enough to win the league.

How good would Sanchez be in our team. He was a class above Most out there.

Happy with a point, but the game was there to be won

Usual story. Two defensive shockers and a bad miss by Sergio. Penalty missed by Marriner at the end?

I said at start of season, that we need to have 4 forwards for the season, and yet we are in April with just 1, I know we will have Jesus back for next year BUT WE WILL NEED AT LEAST ANOTHER ONE

When all is said and done, a point at Arsenal is no bad thing. We usually lose there and they haven't gained any ground on us is the battle for CL places. The title has long since sailed from the harbour so Chelsea are not our direct rivals.

Disappointing to draw away after having led twice but I'm not too disheartened. Now, Stoke at home...still annoyed about that

I thought Pep was very effusive with Sanchez at the end there - did he buy him at Barca? He was also rather rude to Mr Marriner - wonder why?

I still genuinely believe that the fire and edge Jesus will give us, will lift that team.

A few exits and wise buys and we could still be onto something special.

It's frustrating at the moment but as long as we secure top 4 I'll not lose sleep yet.

Navas put in a decent shift at RB after a difficult start. He's rightly not getting an extension but he's always been a model pro. Thanks Jesus and good luck.

Marriner doesn't see a penalty there , didn't see a push in sterlings back against Spurs and when it suits he didn't see Aguero on Reid. Something repetitive starting to occur here with this prick. They should have been down to 9 men for second bookings.
Only thing worse than Marriner this season has been Clichy. How many games has he gifted goals against us now.

I'd prefer never to see him in a City shirt again.....and add Otimendi to that

That is the worst Arsenal side I have seen in many many years , absolutely there for the taking ! Reality is WE ARENT GOOD ENOUGH , our defence is a fucking joke for a club of our stature and wealth and Pep is seriously doing my fucking head in both on and off the pitch . Consolidate top 4 and hope we play better at Wembley in the semi is best we can hope for ................. I am totally underwhelmed wiith where we are under a manager I just cant get to like or understand .

That performance sums up our entire season, and the last 2 years, all that is wrong.and all that is right. Never has a City side frustrated so much as this current crop of City players. I truly believe we could have gone on and been European Champions, as well having a monopoly of the Premier League title over the last few seasons. We just can’t put a decent shift in for a full 90 minutes.

We should have won titles at a canter, instead we always did just enough. Goal difference , Gerard’s slip . When in reality we should have won both our titles by 10+ points.

Has to be a mentality/attitude problem, it damn sure has not been a talent problem.

Going to be major surgery needed the end of this season. We need a new defence,2 fullbacks, and 2 central midfielders. We have needed these since 2014.

Personally I can’t wait for the season to end, see the back of some of the dead wood. Yaya was a good advert today for walking football. Thanks for the memories Yaya but your time with us is done. Navas has not scored for 3 years 100 + games, he aint the solution when you need to win a game. All that money spent and we have so many players past their sell by dates. VK on the bench when your defence is Dog shit. VK on crutches would have been an improvement.

Enjoy your free season pass Pep. Next season there will no excuses for not beating the worst Arsenal side in living memory. Playing like the season is over at the beginning of April.

I have to reluctantly agree..

I expected a better organised unit regardless of personnel on the pitch. Given he is supposed to be a meticulous foward planner, we look mostly disorganised. I still don’t think he knows which his best back 4 are. Our corners create more chances for the opposition.

His in game management is also hard to understand. Sometimes I think he is trying to be to clever for his own good.

God help us Wednesday if he plays Navas at right back against Hazzrad.
